Capabilities
Direct-to-object decoration on the surfaces that stop everyone else.
UV-LED digital manufacturing — full color CMYK, white underbase for dark and clear surfaces, and tactile varnish for dimension — in a single process. No screens, no plates, no minimum runs that don't pencil out.
Surfaces & shapes we decorate.
Geometry is where most decoration methods break down. These are the shapes we've built processes around.
Flat
Standard planar substrates — panels, plates, sheets.
Curved
Single-axis curves. Consistent ink deposit across the arc.
Concave
Inward geometry. Registration held through the depression.
Convex
Outward geometry. Ink adhesion maintained on the crown.
Cylindrical
Full-circumference decoration on round objects.
Textured / Powder-coated
Rough, porous, or coated surfaces that defeat most methods.

What makes ours hold up.
There's a right way to do direct-to-object digital decoration and a fast way. The fast way looks fine on day one. The right way is still on the product five years later. Here's what we don't skip.
01
Substrate Preparation
Adhesion starts before the first drop of ink. Surface cleaning, corona treatment, or primer application — matched to the specific substrate. Cheap operators skip this. The print fails within months. We don't skip it.
02
White Ink Management
Dark metal, clear glass, and translucent acrylic all require a white underbase to achieve opacity and color accuracy. Managing white ink density, cure rate, and layer sequencing is a discipline. We've spent years getting it right.
03
CMYK Color Build
Full photographic color in a single pass — no screens, no plates, no minimum runs. UV-LED curing locks the ink immediately, preventing dot gain and maintaining edge sharpness even on textured surfaces.
04
Varnish and Finishing
Tactile varnish adds dimension and protects the print. Gloss, matte, or spot varnish applied in the same process run. The result is a finished product, not a print that needs a second operation.
