We Make It.
Production work runs in-house. We take the job from substrate to finished decorated product — no middlemen, no outsourced steps that introduce variability. Low-volume and spec-critical is where we're strongest. If you need 50 pieces done right, we're the call. If you need 50,000 done fast, we'll tell you honestly whether that's us.
We don't chase volume for its own sake. We chase quality on the jobs that require someone who actually knows what they're doing.

We Solve It.
Manufacturers bring us a product they can't decorate well at scale. The substrate is difficult, the geometry defeats conventional methods, or previous attempts produced prints that failed in the field. We develop the process from scratch — substrate prep, color management, durability testing, repeatability — and hand them a production-ready method.
This is how the drinkware engagement started. A recommendation: "If it can be printed, call Brett, he'll find a way." That reputation was built over 48 years of solving exactly these problems.

Once we've solved a decoration problem, the process has value beyond a single engagement. You license it, produce at your own scale, and we earn on the volume. The lowest-friction way for a manufacturer to add a decoration capability they couldn't build themselves — without the years of development cost.
