Our Work

The problem solved is the story.

Every piece below started with a decoration problem someone else couldn't solve. The captions describe the challenge and what it took to make it work — not the client name, because the work speaks for itself.

Laser Engraving

xTool PF Duo — precision laser engraving.

We run the xTool PF Duo for laser engraving work — permanent, high-resolution marking on wood, acrylic, metal, leather, and coated substrates. Where UV-LED decoration adds color, laser engraving removes material to create marks that cannot be rubbed off, washed out, or worn away.

xTool PF Duo laser engraving machine in operation

Equipment

xTool PF Duo — dual-laser platform combining a diode laser and infrared laser in a single machine. Handles a wide range of materials without swapping heads.

Materials

Wood, bamboo, acrylic, leather, anodized aluminum, coated metals, slate, glass, and dark plastics. If it can be engraved, the PF Duo covers it.

Applications

Personalization, serialization, asset marking, awards and recognition, branded merchandise, industrial identification, and custom gifts.

Why laser alongside UV-LED

Some marks need to be permanent in a way no ink can match. Laser engraving is the answer for compliance marking, outdoor durability, and applications where the substrate itself is the medium.

Laser engraved product detail — precision marking

The PF Duo difference

Two lasers. One machine. No compromises.

The diode laser handles wood, acrylic, leather, and coated surfaces with precision and speed. The infrared laser cuts through metals and dark materials that a standard diode can't mark cleanly.

Running both in the same machine means we can take a job from substrate to finished engraved product without a second setup — and combine laser engraving with UV-LED color decoration in a single workflow when the job calls for both.
